Welcome To TeamOrel.com

We’re glad you found us!

Team Orel is a collective effort between Justin Yates and Nikolas Kneupper, and is in no way affiliated with Adult Swim, Starburns Industries, Williams Street, or any other company involved with the Moral Orel trademark.

This is an unofficial, non-profit fan page dedicated to preserving a show that many people, including ourselves, deeply care about.

Please be aware that while we try our best to have as much information about this show, its crew, and its merchandise on the page as possible, we are by no means scholars or a source of information on everything Moral Orel related. We are still learning new things about this wonderful show every single day.

Team Orel is a labor of love that both Justin & Nik have put a lot of time, work, & money into. We don’t make a dime off of this page and we are proud to say that! Moral Orel is something that both Justin & Nik really love/relate with and because you are here we know you do too.

Moral Orel has given both of us so much and in return we want to bring fans, and future fans, a place where they can find all things related to Moral Orel.

TeamOrel.com includes: Episode Breakdowns for all 44 episodes + the nearly lost episode “Abstinence”, free PDF script downloads for two lost episodes: “Raped” & “Narcissism”, a 50+ item extensive archive of Moral Orel merchandise & rare crew items, a page dedicated to every member of the Moral Orel crew, 9 character breakdowns, several online advertisements & promotional banners, numerous storyboard & concept art photos, 4 cancellation photos, over 50 behind the scenes images from the main series, “Beforel Orel”, & “Abstinence”, numerous interviews, a complete storyboard animatic for “Honor”, a 4K upscale of the lost episode “Abstinence”, all 44 promos from the 44 Nights of Orel event, the unaired Moral Orel interstitials, a music archive of “The Music Of Moral Orel”, a preservation page dedicated to screen used props from the show that we've managed to save, & much more!

Our Mission:

Team Orel was created to ensure that a show which saved so many of us is never lost to time. Team Orel is a non-profit, pro-bono project dedicated to the preservation, archiving, and documentation of Moral Orel. This isn’t just a website; it’s a living museum. This project is fueled by the belief that art this vital should never be lost to time, licensing shifts, or corporate neglect.

Why This Project Means Everything to Us: Moral Orel isn’t just a "cartoon." It is a mirror. Team Orel has spent our own time and resources to track down props, salvage lost media, and archive puppets because we refuse to let this show be treated as disposable. When corporate shifts threaten to wipe shows like this off the air, streaming platforms, or never make physical releases….they aren't just removing content—they are removing a lifeline for people who finally felt seen through Orel’s journey.

Why We Do This Pro-Bono: We don’t make a dime from this page, and we are proud of that. This is a labor of love. We believe that information, history, and the healing power of this story should be accessible to everyone, free of charge. Sometimes we do random sales to raise funds, but we don’t run ads on our website, we don’t do fundraisers like go fund me or kickstarter, and we do not have any funding behind the scenes.

Why It Matters (The Statistics of the Unseen): Moral Orel touches on the parts of the human experience that are often dismissed as "too dark" or "too niche":

• Religious Trauma & Deconstruction: For those who grew up in environments where "faith" was a weapon rather than a comfort.

• The Cycle of Neglect: Representing the children who were "well-fed and well-clothed" but emotionally starving.

• The "Invisible" Statistics: We reach out to the people who grew up in the shadow of alcoholism, repressed identity, and the quiet, crushing weight of domestic "perfection."

Who We Want to Reach: We are here for other collectors, the passive fan, and the fans who feel they have nowhere else to turn. We are here for the survivors of Moralton-style households who are looking for proof that they aren't crazy and they aren't alone. We are here for the archivists who believe that art—especially the difficult, messy, and honest kind—is worth fighting for.

We aren't just saving a show; we are preserving a mirror for the people who finally realized they weren't alone.

We are always learning, always growing, and we are here to make sure Orel’s world stays standing for everyone who needs it.

We are Team Orel.

“Go Team Orel!”

We recently received this amazing illustration as a gift during the “Let There Be Livestream” event: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TgouLBAuO1U&t=11s.

A very supportive fan made a donation to the project and requested David Tuber to create us an image saying “Go Team Orel!”.

David took the opportunity to draw Orel in his “goth” phase.

We think it’s amazing.

Thank you for the very much for the generous gift, thank you David for the personal touch, and thank you to everyone who tuned into the livestream event regarding the “Let There Be Light” Project / Fanzine.

Let There Be Light is a non-profit fanzine project for [adult swim]'s Moral Orel, created by Dino Stamatopoulos. It is a 120-page tome featuring art, writing, and many other fan works curated from the vast ocean of enthusiasts who were deeply touched by one of the most profound and unique adult animated series ever broadcast! In this difficult and polarizing political climate, we at LTBL asked ourselves: What would Orel do? Ergo all proceeds from sales of the (physical) zine will be split between the following charities: The Trevor Project, National LGBTQ Task Force, Islamic Relief USA, Medicines Sans Frontieres Doctors Without Borders.

All copies of the physical zine are SOLD OUT!

With a title referring to the meaning of Orel's name- "Light of God"- this project aims to express how the show is a shining light to so many in a world that only seems to get darker. Our mission is to make a positive impact by fundraising for charity and to mobilize the fandom by building excitement around the show as well as the potential film revival that is currently in the works.

The Team - This project came about as a collaboration between Grave Circuit, Moralton University, TheMoralGoats, and the NewMoralton discord server!
